What we store

  • Host accounts: email address, password hash, chosen plan, sign-up language and country.
  • Galleries: the gallery name, optional event date, design and settings selected by the host.
  • Guest uploads: the original photos and videos guests submit, plus an optional guest name when the host enables that setting. Guests need no account. A functional cookie remembers that their browser has submitted.
  • Payments: processed by Lemon Squeezy; we never see card details.

Analytics

We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics. Session replay and cross-page tracking only activate after cookie consent.

Storage location and retention

Gallery files and application data are stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. Each gallery has a 100 GB allowance and remains available for one year from creation. After that period it is removed according to our retention process. Hosts can delete a gallery and its uploaded originals earlier from their dashboard.

We use service providers only where needed to operate the product, including Lemon Squeezy for payment processing and, when analytics consent is given, PostHog's EU service. Processing is governed by the applicable data-processing agreements.

Your rights

Contact us at hello@qrphotogallery.com to request access, correction, restriction, portability or deletion of your data, or to object to processing. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority. You can delete individual galleries and their uploaded files from your dashboard; contact us if you want your account deleted as well.

Refund Policy

Purchases are one-time payments. If you have not yet used your upgrade for a real event, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — email hello@qrphotogallery.com from the address you purchased with.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; refunds are issued to the original payment method.
